Rally TimeAthletic TherapyBook now About Rally Time
Rally Time was created around a simple idea: pain, injury, or movement limitations should not hold you back from the activities you love.

A personal approach to progress
Alan Reid, MS, ATC, LAT brings more than 20 years of experience to focused, one-on-one athletic therapy for people of all ages.

Athletic trainer & performance specialist
ATC, LAT, SFDN, PES
Alan has worked with everyone from professional and youth athletes to weekend warriors—and even taught six-year-olds how to skip. His philosophy is simple: understand the entire individual, not only the injury site, then build the treatment and exercise plan that best helps that person rally, recover, and reach optimal performance.
